1. Membership Benefits & Pricing
Your Wellness Membership ($99/month) includes a monthly Head Spa or Scalp Treatment, 20% off all services and products, and priority booking. You also continue to earn loyalty points on every dollar spent.

2. Complimentary Services Usage
Complimentary services (including monthly treatments and seasonal specials like April facials) must be booked and used within the calendar month they are offered. Unused complimentary services do not roll over to the next month unless the membership is paused in advance.

3. Billing & Refund Policy
Membership fees are billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis. Fees are non-refundable for unused services or months where a visit was missed, unless the membership was paused according to our policy.

4. Medical & Special Circumstances
We understand that health issues and life emergencies happen. If you miss a service due to a medical situation, please contact us immediately. At our discretion, we may offer a retroactive pause or credit for a future service. Appropriate documentation may be requested to process these courtesy exceptions.

5. Pause & Cancellation Policy

To Pause: You may pause your membership for up to 3 months with a 30-day notice.

To Cancel: Memberships may be cancelled with a 30-day written notice. Benefits end upon the effective cancellation date.

6. Appointment Etiquette
Please provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all cancellations. This allows us to serve other women in the community who are waiting for care.
