What's the difference between membership and loyalty points?

Membership ($99/month) gives you immediate benefits: a FREE treatment, 20% off all services, and you still earn loyalty points. Loyalty points are free for everyone and earn you discounts when you reach the threshold.
Do I need to be a member to earn loyalty points?
​
No! Everyone earns loyalty points on every service. Membership is optional but gives you additional savings and perks on top of the points you earn.
How do I check my points balance?
​
You may recieve a message with your balance or just ask during your visit, text us at 816-503-1643, or email kerri@hair360.org. We'll let you know exactly where you stand!
Can I combine membership discount with my points discount?
​
You can use whichever discount is greater. Members continue earning points that can be saved for future use or on designaed special occasions combine them.
Can I cancel my memebership?
​
Yes you can cancel your membership. You must give a 30 day notice prior to you cancellation. You may also pause your membership ( for 3 months) however you will no longer recieve your free treatment or discount.
